Looking for lease! in Melrose, Newfoundland for sale

I’m looking for a horse to lease mostly for trail riding, but I’d also love to take occasional (maybe monthly?) lessons if possible, and it’d be great if I could jump.
I’m fairly small so anything 14hh or up, I can handle things like spooking, bucking, and rearing, but must be decent on trails!
I’ve been riding for 8 years, and I’m very confident in the saddle. I was in regular weekly lessons for 5+ years, doing a bit of everything (english) from jumping to dressage. I enjoy western too!
Flexible on days & times, max I’m willing to pay is about $200/month, but I’d prefer something cheaper.
I also have a friend who I’d love to go on occasional trail rides with so it’d be wonderful if there was another horse for her to ride!
